By continuing to utilize our infrastructure, you are entering into a binding digital agreement under these stipulations.

1. The Informational Nature of Our Platform

CalculiX Pro was developed by a consortium of software engineers and domain enthusiasts to democratize access to complex equations. However, it is fundamentally critical to understand that every single output generated by our system is strictly for educational, informational, and theoretical purposes. 3. System Integrity & Automated Scraping

We provide these tools free of charge for human users. You are expressly prohibited from deploying automated scripts, headless browsers, or data-scraping bots to aggressively poll our infrastructure. While our processing is client-side, the delivery of the initial UI payload relies on our edge servers. Coordinated efforts to download, clone, or reverse-engineer our proprietary JavaScript wrappers for use on competing platforms constitute a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and will be met with immediate IP-level bans and potential legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
