Access to our calculators is granted strictly for personal, non-commercial, and educational usage. You may not resell access to these tools.

Copyright Claims

All UI/UX designs, CSS layouts, and proprietary algorithmic wrappers are the exclusive digital property of CalculiX Pro. Copying our source code is prohibited.

03 — Prohibited Activity

Automation Ban

Automated data scraping, rapid API polling, reverse engineering our JavaScript arrays, or initiating DDoS attacks on our infrastructure will result in permanent IP bans.

04 — Warranty Disclaimer

Provided "As Is"

The service is provided blindly "as is". We make absolutely no warranties—implied or directly expressed—regarding an algorithm’s perfection or operational uptime.

05 — Liability Limits

Zero Recourse

There is no liability for financial damages, health risks, or lost business decisions stemming from the use or interpretation of our outputs.

06 — Privacy Framework

Policy Reference

Your agreement to these terms acts as simultaneous agreement to our Privacy Policy, defining our methodology on traffic analytics.

07 — Modifying Terms

Silent Updates

We may update these terms aggressively without direct warning. Utilizing the platform continually acts as ongoing retroactive consent to the latest iteration published.

08 — Governing Law

Jurisdiction Map

Any and all complex legal disputes arising from these terms scale strictly within the jurisdiction protocols assigned by the State of Delaware, USA.
